We never sell personal data. Sharing occurs only with: treating physicians, insurance partners, payment processors (PCI-DSS compliant), cloud infrastructure providers (SOC 2 certified), and legal authorities when mandated. All third parties sign data processing agreements.

These Terms ("Agreement") govern your use of Healthy Fit 247's website, mobile application, and healthcare services. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Service Description

Healthy Fit 247 provides healthcare consulting, treatment coordination, wellness programs, and insurance advisory services. We facilitate access to licensed medical professionals but are not a direct provider of medical treatment. All clinical services are delivered by independent, licensed practitioners.

2. Patient Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate health information, follow prescribed treatment plans, attend scheduled appointments, notify us of any changes in your condition, and respect the professional boundaries of our healthcare providers.

3. Booking & Cancellation

Appointments require 24-hour advance cancellation. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows incur a $50 fee (waived for medical emergencies with documentation). Rescheduling is free if done 24+ hours in advance.

4. Payment & Billing

Payment is due at the time of service unless covered by verified insurance. We accept major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and approved financing. Prices are subject to change with 30-day notice. Disputed charges must be raised within 60 days.

6. Insurance Advisory Disclaimer

Our insurance advisory service provides educational guidance and plan comparisons. We are not licensed insurance agents or brokers. Final policy terms are exclusively between you and the insurer. We recommend independent legal/financial review before purchasing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healthy Fit 247's total liability for any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement is governed by California law. Disputes shall first undergo 60-day mediation, then be resolved in San Francisco County courts or through binding arbitration under AAA rules, at Healthy Fit 247's election.
